PRINCE2

PRINCE2 is a process-based approach for project management, providing an easily tailored and scaleable project management methodology for the management of all types of projects. The method is the de-facto standard for project management in the UK and is practiced worldwide.

The training is addressed to 48 own business runners and employees of small- and micro enterprises from zachodniopomorskie voivodeship and associated in the ICT West Pomerania Cluster. 2 step training  Prince 2 (Foundation and Practitioner) ended with formal exam and certificate executed by APN Group.
