    ITIL is the most widely accepted approach to IT service management in the world. ITIL provides a cohesive set of best practices, drawn from the public and private sectors internationally.

    The training is addressed to 48 own business runners and employees of  big, small and micro enterprises from zachodniopomorskie voivodeship and associated in the ICT West Pomerania Cluster. Ends with formal exam and certificate executed by one of three Polish institutions accredited by APM Group in the UK.
